In 2016 we proudly celebrate our 15th (Crystal) year as a company providing service to the national Canadian telecommunications industry! During this time our national business was conducted and managed out of our offices in Markham, Ontario and served customers across all provinces of Canada.
In 2014, in addition to our national Head Office in Ontario we expanded to a Western office to serve the Central and Western provinces more efficiently.
This move underlines our commitment to growing our team and client base in Western Canada to more fully establish our position as a national service provider. CNI was awarded the 2014 vendor of the year award by the Telus NBD team for outstanding and quality service delivery. This was a welcomed surprise to our team but it underscores the fact that as a company we are executing our contracts as planned and the work is being recognized by our partners.
The growing demands of the market place require both cost effective solutions and customer interaction to support a rapidly changing environment. CNI installations and O&M functions cost to our clients is less than what they could achieve in-house.
